This is a standout role for a commercially driven Project Manager or Quantity Surveyor who thrives on complexity. You'll join a respected, people-first SME consultancy and take the lead on high-value construction and infrastructure projects across the UK and Europe, with real ownership from day one.

What you'll do

→ Own the commercial and contractual management of projects under FIDIC forms of contract

→ Lead contract administration and maintain compliance from mobilisation through to close-out → Manage change control, variations, claims, extensions of time, and dispute avoidance

→ Advise clients and project teams on contractual obligations, entitlements, and risk

→ Prepare and review contractual correspondence, notices, and management reports

→ Oversee cost management, forecasting, procurement, and financial reporting

→ Build strong working relationships across clients, contractors, and consultants in multiple jurisdictions

→ Drive robust commercial controls and proactive risk management throughout delivery

What we're looking for

→ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or a related field

→ Solid track record as a Project Manager, QS, Commercial Manager, or Contracts Manager in construction, infrastructure, energy, or engineering

→ Strong practical experience administering FIDIC contracts, this is a core requirement

→ Proven expertise in contract management, claims, variations, and commercial risk

→ Comfortable working independently in international environments, with regular travel to Belgium

→ Professional membership (MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent) is an advantage, not a prerequisite
