Senior Architect Guildford Up to £60,000 A well-established architectural practice is seeking a Senior Architect to join their Guildford team. The practice delivers a wide variety of projects across multiple sectors, offering the opportunity to take a leading role in the design, coordination, and delivery of projects from concept through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Architect to take ownership of project delivery within a collaborative and supportive environment, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architect role: • Lead the delivery of projects across a wide variety of sectors through all RIBA stages • Manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring quality, programme, and budget objectives are achieved • Produce and coordinate planning, tender, and construction information • Prepare project specifications and Scope of Works documentation • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities throughout project delivery • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and industry standards • Attend and lead client, design team, and site meetings • Support and mentor junior members of the architectural team Requirements for this Senior Architect role: • Qualified Architect (ARB registered) with proven experience delivering projects within a UK practice • Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning processes, and construction detailing • Experience preparing specifications and Scope of Works documentation • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD • Strong project management, coordination, and client-facing skills • Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects • Experience delivering projects across a wide variety of sectors Please apply below, or contact Harley on or (phone number removed) for more information
