SEMH Teacher Location: Gloucester Start date: September 2027 A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced SEMH Teacher to join a specialist setting in Gloucester from September. This is a full‑time classroom teaching role supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. The position is offered on a temporary basis through our agency. About The Role: Full time teaching across KS3-KS4 within a small, supportive SEMH environment Delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of learners with additional challenges Working closely with pastoral and behaviour teams to maintain a positive, structured learning environment Building string relationships with students to support emotional regulation, confidence and progressRequirements: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience working within SEMH settings or with high-needs learners Strong behaviour management and a calm, resilient approach Someone passionate about helping young people re-engage with learning Why Choose Us?
