Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

Salary: £24,960/year + branch bonus scheme

Hours: MonFri, 9am5pm (Full-Time, Permanent)

An established specialist trade counter is looking for a motivated Sales & Service Advisor to join their Newcastle team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Service: Promote and sell vehicle transport equipment, accessories, and services; process hire bookings and installations.
• Admin & Operations: Manage the workshop diary, process invoices/payments, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Branch Upkeep: Assist with stock control, stock takes, and keep the branch organised and presentable.

About You:

• Experience in sales or customer service (trade counter experience is a plus).
• Proactive, target-driven, and commercially aware.
• Strong communication, IT, and organisational skills.
• Must have a full UK driving licence.
