Are you a natural people-person with the drive to build a thriving recruitment desk in one of the UKs fastest-growing sectors? Our client is expanding, and were looking for a confident, relationship-led Recruitment Consultant to join their high-energy Leeds team.
This is your chance to step into an established temp desk generating £1,700£1,800 per week, with huge scope to grow, shape, and truly own your market.
What Youll Be Doing

• Growing and managing a busy temporary healthcare desk covering care homes, assisted living and childrens services.
• Building long-lasting relationships with care home managers and healthcare providers.
• Delivering high-volume recruitment: sourcing, screening and placing quality candidates who align with our values.
• Driving business development to expand your client base and increase weekly revenue.
• Working closely with the Account Manager and team to share insights and improve processes.
• Keeping accurate, compliant records using ATS/CRM systems.
• Taking part in team meetings, problem-solving sessions and on-call support when needed.

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience in volume temporary recruitment (healthcare, industrial, logistics, construction or similar).
• A bubbly, outgoing personality with the confidence to build rapport quickly.
• A stable work history and commitment to long-term growth.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sociable, young office environment.
• Strong communication skills and a transparent, honest approach.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and modern recruitment methods.

Nice to Have

• Sales-focused recruitment experience with a track record of BD success.
• Knowledge of the healthcare sector.
• REC, CIPD or other relevant certifications.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
