We're looking for commercially driven Quantity Surveyors to join a growing major projects team delivering nationally significant infrastructure programmes across Scotland.

This isn't a role where you'll be lost in a commercial department of 100 people.

You'll be trusted to make decisions, influence project outcomes and play a key role in delivering complex civil engineering and infrastructure projects from procurement through to final account.

What you'll be doing

• Managing the commercial delivery of major infrastructure projects.
• Procuring and managing subcontract packages.
• Preparing valuations, CVRs and cost forecasts.
• Administering NEC contracts and managing change.
• Building strong relationships with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners.
• Identifying commercial opportunities whilst protecting project profitability.

We're looking for people who have experience with:

• Quantity Surveying within infrastructure or civil engineering.
• NEC contracts.
• Procurement and subcontract management.
• Cost reporting, valuations and final accounts.
• Working alongside project delivery teams.
• Building long-term client relationships.
