Are you an experienced Property manager ?

GKR International has partnered with an a market leading Estate Agency in Edinburgh who are looking to add their expanding Property Management team.

About The Role

You will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that all aspects of property management are handled efficiently and to the highest standard. This is an important role within the business as you will be required to trouble shoot, streamline processes and ideally you will be solutions focused individual who is able to develop relationships with tenants and landlords.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties
• Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and repairs, liaising with contractors and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Handle tenancy renewals, deposit disputes, and other end-of-tenancy processes.
  
  

About You

• Proven experience in property management, ideally with 2+ years experience
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors.
• A proactive approach and solutions focused.
• ARLA qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
