Project Manager – Fit Out 📍 London & Southern England (National Travel Required) 💰 £60,000 - £65,000 + Excellent Benefits 🚗 Company Vehicle or Car Allowance 🕒 Permanent | Full-Time We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing contractor delivering high-quality fit-out projects across London and the South of England, with occasional nationwide travel as required. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Project Manager with a strong background in commercial fit out to take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The Role * Manage commercial fit-out projects across London and the South of England. * Oversee projects from mobilisation through to handover. * Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives. * Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. * Monitor project progress, manage programmes, and resolve any site issues. * Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. * Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures. * Attend client meetings, site progress meetings, and provide regular project updates. * Be willing to travel nationally when required. Requirements * Proven experience managing commercial fit-out projects. * Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. * Excellent client-facing experience with the ability to build lasting relationships. * Experience managing subcontractors, project programmes, and budgets. * Full UK Driving Licence.
