Private Equity Associate | US Firm, London

Candidates should offer:

• 4-5 years' PQE, although strong candidates outside this range may be considered
\n
• England & Wales qualification or experience from a similar common law jurisdiction
\n
• Solid financial sponsor experience gained within a recognised corporate or private equity practice
\n
• Experience with SPAs, management incentive documents, leaver terms, shareholders' agreements, NDAs, disclosure letters, diligence reports and ancillary deal documentation
\n
• Some understanding of sponsor transaction structuring and funds flow review
\n
• Strong academics, excellent drafting skills and the confidence to manage responsibility in a fast-paced environment
\n
