The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children's development, learning, and wellbeing while ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Supporting children's learning through play-based and structured activities.
  • Planning and delivering engaging activities that encourage development across all areas of learning.
  • Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress.
  • Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
  • Supporting daily routines, meal times, outdoor play, and personal care.
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
  • Ensuring nursery policies, procedures, safeguarding, and health and safety requirements are followed at all times.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated nursery team.
About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
  • Have previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
  • Be passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
  • Have a positive, caring, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be proactive, organised, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Be committed to delivering exceptional standards of childcare.
