Job Title: Newly Qualified Residential Conveyancer (Buy to Let Team)
Location: Hybrid (2 days office-based in South Wales)
Salary: £35,000 £40,000 DOE + benefits

TSR Legal are currently working with a well-established, forward-thinking law firm based in South Wales who are looking to expand their Residential Property team with the addition of a Newly Qualified Conveyancer. The role sits within a specialist Buy to Let conveyancing team, offering exposure to a varied caseload including residential investment purchases, refinances, landlord portfolios, and associated property transactions. Youll be working alongside experienced fee earners in a structured but collaborative environment, with full support for your continued development.

The role will include:

• Managing a caseload of buy to let residential property transactions
\n
• Assisting with freehold and leasehold purchases and refinances
\n
• Liaising with clients, lenders, brokers, and third parties
\n
• Ensuring compliance with lender requirements and regulatory standards
\n
• Working closely with senior conveyancers to develop technical expertise
\n
• Maintaining high standards of client care and communication throughout
\n

About you:

\n
• Recently qualified solicitor or CLC qualified conveyancer (or qualifying shortly)
\n
• Some experience in residential conveyancing (training seat or post-qualified exposure ideal)
\n
• Interest in buy to let / investor-focused property work
\n
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
\n
• A proactive and client-focused approach
\n
• Comfortable working in a supportive but busy team environment
\n
