Junior Legal Counsel - Tech Sector (6 to 12 Month FTC)

Junior Legal Counsel | Global Technology Business | London | 6–12 Month FTC

We are looking to speak with qualified lawyers interested in a Junior Legal Counsel (1–3 PQE) position, supporting a Global Technology Business on a 6–12 month FTC.

This opportunity will be commencing in July 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to gain exposure to a broad range of legal matters within a fast-paced, international business. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the legal function on a variety of commercial and regulatory issues.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements
• Assisting with regulatory and compliance matters
• Providing practical legal advice to internal stakeholders
• Supporting the legal team on day-to-day business initiatives and projects

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with 1–3 years' PQE
• Experience handling commercial contracts, including drafting, review and negotiation
• Exposure to regulatory and compliance work
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to start immediately
