Train Cleaner 💰 Pay: £13.48 per hour + 150% overtime ⏰ Hours: 20:00 - 04:00 📅 Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (including weekends) 🚆 The Role We are currently recruiting Train Cleaners to join a growing team working in a rail depot environment. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for keeping trains clean, safe, and ready for service. No previous experience is required - full training is provided! ✅ Key Responsibilities Cleaning the interior and exterior of trains to a high standard Carrying out general cleaning and facilities duties Working as part of a team (usually groups of 3-4) Using cleaning equipment and materials safely Following health & safety procedures at all times Ensuring work is completed efficiently within set timeframes 💪 What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Able to work on your feet for most of the shift (breaks provided) Basic English communication skills (spoken and understood) Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to work night shifts on a 4 on 4 off rotation 🎓 Training & Onboarding Full site induction on your first shift Health & Safety training and role expectations covered Ongoing support from supervisors 🌟 What You'll Get Competitive hourly rate + enhanced overtime pay No experience required - great opportunity to start a new role Consistent shift pattern Supportive team working environment Adecco is a disability confident employer.
