Executive Assistant to Head of Investor Relations & COO

A highly collaborative boutique hedge fund based in Mayfair is seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Head of Investor Relations and Chief Operating Officer.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced EA who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys working closely with senior leadership.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a boutique financial services environment, ideally within a hedge fund, asset management, private equity, or investment firm. They will be highly organised, relationship-focused, and possess a genuine can-do attitude, with the confidence to manage competing priorities and adapt to the evolving needs of the business.

Working at the heart of the firm, you will act as a trusted partner to both the Head of Investor Relations and COO, ensuring seamless day-to-day support while playing an integral role in the smooth running of investor-facing and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Complex diary and inbox management for the Head of Investor Relations and COO.
• Coordinating extensive international travel, investor roadshows, conferences, and business meetings.
• Acting as a key liaison between senior management, investors, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Supporting investor relations activities, including meeting preparation, presentations, and follow-up communications.
• Maintaining CRM systems, investor databases, and contact records.
• Managing expenses, corporate card reconciliations, and administrative processes.
• Assisting with business operations, projects, and wider team initiatives as required.
• Organising internal and external events and ensuring flawless execution.
• Providing seamless support across both strategic and day-to-day business activities.

Candidate Profile

• Previous Executive Assistant experience within a boutique hedge fund, asset management, private equity, investment banking, or broader financial services environment.
• Experience supporting senior executives within a fast-paced, high-performance setting.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A collaborative team player with a flexible and hands-on approach.
• Confident managing relationships with senior stakeholders and investors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced using CRM platforms.
• Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused, with a genuine willingness to go above and beyond.
