We're working with an established organisation undergoing continued investment in its Microsoft business applications landscape. They are looking to appoint an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to play a key role in enhancing, supporting and developing their Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on development, solving complex technical challenges and working across integrations, data flows and enterprise applications.

The Role

As a Dynamics 365 Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business-critical CRM solutions whilst collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to deliver improvements across the wider Microsoft ecosystem.

You will be involved in:

• Developing and enhancing Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse solutions
\n
• Building custom plugins, integrations and APIs
\n
• Supporting and optimising existing CRM functionality
\n
• Working across the Power Platform, including Power Automate and Model-Driven Apps
\n
• Troubleshooting and resolving production issues
\n
• Improving system performance, scalability and reliability
\n
• Supporting data integrations with internal and third-party systems
\n
• Contributing to deployment, release and change management processes
\n
• Producing clear technical documentation and best practice guidance
\n

Required Skills & Experience

\n
• Strong commercial experience developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
\n
• Excellent knowledge of Dataverse and Power Platform technologies
\n
• Experience developing in C#/.NET and JavaScript
\n
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and data-driven applications
\n
• Experience working with Azure integration technologies
\n
• Knowledge of source control and CI/CD processes
\n
• Ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues
\n
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
\n

Desirable Experience

\n
• Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service or Field Service
\n
• Power BI and reporting solutions
\n
• Azure data services and enterprise integration platforms
\n
• Data migration and CRM data quality initiatives
\n
• Experience within large-scale or highly regulated environments
\n
