Adults Social Worker\n\nLocation: Derbyshire\n\nTeam: Community Support Team\n\nRate: £30.83\n\nHours: 37 per week\n\nDuration: 3 months minimum\n\nSocial Personnel are recruiting for a Social Worker for the Community Team in Derbyshire.\n\nDuties include:\n\n * Complete safeguarding enquires under s42 Care Act and experience in practicing within the principles of Making Safeguarding Personal (MSP).\n\n * Complete person-centred assessment and strength based support planning and reviews.\n\n * Complete face to face visits within the Derby city areas, this is a hybrid role, some office attendance is required.\n\nEssential experience:\n\n * You must have recent experience in using LAS - Liquid logic and able to navigate autonomously.\n\n * You must have experience in completing mental capacity assessments and subsequent completing Best Interest work.\n\nWhy Social Personnel?\n\n * Dedicated and experienced consultant\n\n * Free DBS\n\n * £250 Referral Bonus\n\n * £250 Find your own job bonus
